Welcome to Forever Cosee! We are committed to delivering your favourite cosy pieces carefully and efficiently. Please take a moment to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays & holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Please note, in times of high volume this processing time could take slightly longer.

Shipping methods and delivery times

At checkout, you will have a choice of shipping options to select from. Shipping time & cost will vary depending on which option you select. All orders will be delivered within 7 working days of the order being placed unless the courier company looses or damages the parcel, In this case we will evaluate the situation. This also excludes PRE ORDER items, delivery time for these items will vary.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping courier and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Pre orders

In the description of a product it will state an estimated delivery time, please not this is estimated and it can change. Current pre orders are expected to be delivered within 7-14 working days.
