Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received your item in, unworn & unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Customers are expected to pay for the full shipping cost of their return, as this will not be covered by Us (Forever Cosee team).
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 48 hours if your item(s) are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This is so we can evaluate the situation and resolve the problem.
Return Shipping fee
Please note, unless we send out the incorrect item or a defective item, we will require the customer to be responsible for covering the return shipping fee. All other reasons, such as when the customer changes their mind, incorrect sizing and non-defective items, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charge. If the customer damages the item upon receiving, the return will not be accepted. We will provide detailed instructions during the return process, including any applicable fees.
Exemptions / non returnable products
Specific products are non eligible for a return. This includes custom products (personalised items). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want as a customer is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received & inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 days have passed since we have approved your return & this refund is still not with you, please contact us at forevercosee@gmail.com
European Union 14 day cooling off period
This states if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to present proof of purchase.
